Return Policy

We will accept unopened items for exchange or return for full credit within 14 days from the date of receipt. There are no returns on Live Animals.


We do not refund shipping charges, and return shipping will be your responsibility. If you have received an item damaged in transport or otherwise defective upon opening, please reach out and we will make it right! Upon receipt of returned items, Gecko Fancy reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements.


Custom orders, Final Sale items, and Live Animals can not be exchanged or returned at any time.


A credit or refund will be issued for the purchase price of the returned or exchanged item within three business days — provided the item is in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging. The packing slip or a copy of the transaction must be included with your return.


Please ship your Return or Exchange via a trackable shipping method like UPS, FEDEX, or Insured USPS (United States Postal Service). If you do not ship via a tracked method and the package is lost in the mail, we are not responsible. Please be sure to keep the Return Tracking Number until you receive your refund.


Return shipping charges and shipping insurance are the responsibility of the customer. Customer is responsible for any shipping charges on any bounced or undeliverable packages.


We will apply your refund to the original form of payment within 3 business days of receipt. Gecko Fancy will notify you via email to the email address you have listed on your order when the refund has been applied. Please note that your bank may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account.
