Once your order ships, you'll get a tracking number at the email you used at checkout. Use it to follow your package on our website.

Orders usually ship 5 business days after we receive them. Custom and pre-order items take longer, and the item page will say how long.

We travel to shows almost every weekend, so most online orders ship on Fridays!

Dry goods ship with the method you choose at checkout, usually USPS or UPS.

Live animals only ship with MorphMarket Shipping, using FedEx Priority Overnight. For the live arrival guarantee, have your animal held at your nearest FedEx hub for pickup and contact us within 30 minutes if anything's wrong.

Not right now. If that changes, we'll make a post and put a banner on the website!

You can request a return on unopened, unused, brand-new items within 30 days of the ship date. Return shipping is on you, and original shipping costs can't be refunded since the carrier doesn't return them to us.

Not returnable: live animals, food (including Frugivite) & supplements, medical supplies, mystery boxes, customized products, apparel, phone cases and habitats.

We care about so much more than breeding. Here's the breakdown:

• We never breed animals with markers for cancers, tumors, masses, growths, metabolic bone disease or arthritis.
• Our facility is sterile and inspected regularly, so there's no cross-contamination with salmonella, parasites or disease. Animals are tested regularly and get lots of preventative care.
• Every gecko is hand-raised from the day it hatches. A pet should enjoy being a pet! Any gecko that isn't fit to go home stays in the Gecko Fancy family forever.

We breed a big variety of geckos, and availability is always changing. The most common species have their own shop categories, and rarer ones live in Other Geckos.

Every show we're vending at is on the Events & Shows page, with dates, venues, hours and links to each expo's tickets. It's updated as new shows are booked, and Fancy Club members get expo dates straight to their inbox.

Absolutely! Choose the "Pick Up" shipping option at checkout and tell us which show in your order notes.

Live animals need to be picked up at a show within 30 days of purchase, unless we've talked about it.

Made-to-order apparel isn't available for show pickup; it's printed and shipped to you directly by our print partner. See upcoming shows

No, all in-person sales are final. You were able to pick out your item yourself at the booth, and we can't guarantee its new condition once it leaves with you.

Wholesale retailers can sell Gecko Fancy products at events, just not at a show where Gecko Fancy is vending. See the wholesale terms

Anyone with a physical store presence! Non-permanent storefronts aren't eligible right now.
