Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via the email you provided at checkout. You can use this tracking number to track the progress of your shipment on our website.
Absolutely! If you’d like to pick up your order in person at one of our shows, please choose the “Pick Up” shipping option and let us know which show you will be picking up at in your order notes!
For live animal pickup, you must pick up your animal at a show within 30 days of purchase unless otherwise discussed with me!
At this time, we are unable to ship internationally. We will make a post and include a banner notice on our website should this change in the future!
You can request a return on your order for any unopened, unused, and otherwise in brand new condition items (see below for exceptions) in your order within 30 days of the ship date. You will be responsible for return shipping to us, and we are unable to refund your original shipping costs as these are not returned to us by the shipping company.
Live animals, mystery boxes, customized products, apparel, phone cases, and habitats are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
For dry goods orders, we ship via the method you choose at check out! Typically either USPS or UPS.
For live animals, we only ship via Morphmarket Shipping. They use a version of FedEx Overnight Priority, and ensure that animals will arrive home to you safely! For live arrival guarantees, you will need to have your animal(s) held at your nearest FedEx Hub for pickup and contact us within 30 minutes with any issues.

We breed a very large variety of geckos here, and our availability is always changing. Our most frequently available species are listed on their own category in our shop, but more unusual/less frequently available species can be found in our “Other Geckos” category!
